We Solve The Four Big Meta Ads Problems

🎯
The Problem

Most nonprofits have weak or missing conversion tracking.

We build full-funnel conversion tracking.

So Meta's algorithm sees every meaningful action on your site, so every dollar of ad spend is optimizing toward donations, sign-ups, and program registrations, so you actually know what's working.

🖥️
The Problem

Most nonprofits send paid traffic to landing pages that don't convert.

We build high-converting landing pages.

So the click doesn't get wasted, so every visitor lands somewhere built to move them toward action, so your website stops being the bottleneck.

🎨
The Problem

Most nonprofits show up with a couple of Canva templates and hope Meta figures it out.

We produce fresh, diverse creative every week.

So Meta always has new creative to test, so your ads never fatigue, so you're never the nonprofit whose account plateaus after week three.

✍️
The Problem

Most nonprofits use donor-list language on ads meant for total strangers.

We write ad copy built for cold traffic.

So people who've never heard of your mission understand it in three seconds, so they click, so cold traffic becomes warm supporters.

I run a very small non-profit that almost went under during COVID. We survived but needed to get our Google Ad Grant back on track with a new focus. Logan has been a life (or grant) saver. Very professional, knowledgeable, and understanding of the difficulties we face. I would highly recommend Logan's services.

Logan helped our small cat shelter implement our Google Ad Grant, and thank heavens we had him guide us through the process. We couldn't have done it on our own without his help, and I would so highly recommend him to others.

Logan is phenomenal. He has helped grow our organization after a post-Covid slump and we have seen real, demonstrable increases in our campaign areas. Google Ad Grants are an excellent tool if you know how to use them. I do not, Logan does. I highly recommend giving him the chance to make sense of things and to maximize the tool for your benefit.

We worked with Logan from Digital Tabby for an audit of one of our organization's Google Grant Ads accounts, and the experience was exceptional. The depth of insight he brought to the audit, along with the clear, actionable walkthrough and support, was invaluable. Logan didn't just point out what needed fixing; he laid out exactly how to move forward. It's clear he knows this space inside and out. We're excited to take his courses next. There's a wealth of knowledge there, and more importantly, real results to back it up.

Since joining our Google Ad Grant management team, Logan has been a revelation, completely revolutionising our strategy and bringing an influx of attention to our magazine. He has worked diligently to accommodate our every request and the results have been extraordinary. I can't express enough my gratitude.

I don't usually respond to unsolicited marketing help requests because they often feel spam-y and aren't addressing the help I actually need. However, I am so glad I responded to Digital Tabby. I spent about an hour with Logan going over my organization's Google Ad Grant account. I learned more with him in that time than the many months I've tried to learn the basics by myself. He is a great teacher: direct, confident, and knows the subject. If you need help with Google Ads, Logan is whom you want.

I had the pleasure of working with Logan to support my nonprofit clients with their Google Ad Grant accounts, and I can't recommend him highly enough. Logan brings a deep, comprehensive knowledge of the Google Ad Grant program. He not only understands the technical requirements and best practices, but also how to strategically align the grant to support mission-driven goals. What stood out most in our collaboration was Logan's consultative approach. He always took the time to understand each organization's unique needs and objectives, offering thoughtful, tailored guidance rather than one-size-fits-all solutions. If you're looking for a true expert in the Google Ad Grant space, Logan is that person.

Logan reached out to me through LinkedIn. A cold call. Most of which I never respond to. However, he must have had a sixth sense that I needed him. COOP had just lost our agency of record who was managing our Google Grant and I was definitely at a loss. We had an initial meeting where we discussed our grant and he went off to do a full audit. What he came back with was so enlightening. Since we started working together our spend has gone up reaching almost 10K each month (from like $2K previously), leads are up, conversions and web visits have all increased. Logan's approach is so interesting as well. He provides videos for every question helping me build a library of knowledge. Perhaps the best thing about Logan though is that he gets me. If you need help with your Google Grant, I highly recommend you connect with Logan. You will get what you pay for and more.

I was so fortunate to find Logan on LinkedIn. I had just been awarded a Google Ad Grant for a nonprofit on which I serve. BUT the website had two Google Analytic programs attached to it, and everything was twisted and tangled. Logan helped unravel the mess, set up the ads, and start us on the path to spending the ad grant money. If you need help with a Google Ad Grant account, reach out to Logan. I recommend him, 110%.

Logan performed an audit on our Google Ads Grant account that was performing very poorly. During the audit for us, he re-configured our tracking and conversion setup and made a few changes to our settings. After the audit, it was almost immediately that our conversions began to increase, heading off the threat of the account being suspended by Google. I highly recommend him.

Logan knows his Google Ads Grant. I have been working in the digital marketing space for 10 years, many of which actively managing Google Ads accounts. When our nonprofit relaunched the Google Ads Grant, Logan managed to help us with all the little nuances that a Grant account vs. a normal one has. His response time and communication style is excellent. I fully recommend Logan for any nonprofit.

Questions & Answers

Will You Audit My Meta Ads Account?
Yes. What I love about audits is they take us from doing Meta Ads generically to a high degree of specificity about what actually needs to happen in the account. We can audit live on the call, or you can share access and we'll present a report after. Either way, you walk away with clarity on what's actually going wrong and why you haven't been getting the results you want.
How Do We Know If Our Ads Are Working?
Regardless of your goal — donations, awareness, or anything in between — we set a metric of success before a single dollar goes to a single Meta ad. You'll always know it's working because we'll be on the same page about what success is, before we spend a dime.
How Long Until You See Results?
99% of the time, you'll see new results within 14 days. The other 1%, within 20. What impacts that window: your starting point. Do you have creative that's already working? Do you need a full landing page overhaul? Do you need an offer crafted? We can handle all of it (those are the Big Four), but they impact time from launch to result.
What Is The Creative Approval Process For New Meta Ads?
We keep it simple. A Google Sheet with the list of creative designs, status, your approval, and notes. We use a mix of AI video, static, and Canva. Sometimes ugly creative works best, so some will be high production and some low. Whatever style you saw in the ad that brought you here, we can produce the same thing. Most clients spend about 10 to 15 minutes approving creative.
Can All Nonprofits Generate Donations From Meta Ads?
Short answer: yes. Longer answer: yes, but the level of success depends on the complexity of your mission. An animal shelter that saves kittens is easy for people to grasp. A nonprofit that teaches visual effects to autistic adults for careers in production takes more nuance. The more complex your mission, the more challenging Meta ads will be. Not impossible, but about managing expectations.
Will I Have To Commit For A Long Time?
We keep it simple with month-to-month agreements. Many clients stay long-term, but it's because they're seeing results, not because they're trapped in a contract.
How Often Will You Send Updates?
We provide detailed monthly reports and smaller updates throughout the month. You're never left wondering how your Meta ads are performing.
Can We Adjust Campaigns As Our Goals Change?
Absolutely. Your Meta ads strategy should be as dynamic as your organization. We can add new campaigns and shift strategy whenever your goals change. Keep us in the loop and we'll keep it reflected in your account.
Do You Handle The Meta Business Manager And Pixel Setup?
Yes. We handle the full setup: Business Manager, pixel install, conversion configuration, and getting everything talking to each other correctly. If you already have some of this in place, we audit what's there and fix what isn't working.
What If I Already Have An Agency?
We can help either way. If you want to transition from your current agency, we'll make the handoff smooth. If you're staying with them and want a second opinion or audit, we can do that too. Just tell us what you need.
Why Do You Only Work With Nonprofits?
Because we love nonprofits and come from the nonprofit world.
